I requested a quote from another site at 1am, got a call at 7am from Steve. He was here on time at 8:30am, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The problem took about 3 hours to fix including drive time to get the part and clean out the blower. The price we paid was exactly what he quoted. I'll definitely use his services again.

Came home today to find the AC out. In Memphis, you know that's a problem. Called Southern Comfort and he came out immediately. Had it fixed in about 20 minutes. I will be recommending him to all of our friends. Amazing service.
